Screening priorities

Gates called the US administration to accelerate the pace of the examination in order to detect those infected with Coronavirus, while setting priorities in this regard, so that the social groups most affected by the epidemic are started.

First, he called for health workers to be examined, secondly for those with severe symptoms due to the virus, and thirdly for those with chronic diseases who catch the infection.

Join efforts to develop vaccines

Gates advised in his article to take advantage of the data currently available on the Coronavirus, in order to produce drugs and develop vaccines to combat the deadly virus, saying that this needs the concerted efforts at the national level.

In the first step of his three-point plan, Gates advocates national quarantine measures. They should slow down the spread of the virus.
